"educational value"

To perform at the "Values \u200b\u200bEducation", we were assigned a series of articles of the Declaration of Human Rights to each group.
In our group we were assigned to Articles 11, 14 and 29. In addition to providing two concepts solidarity and charity, which we had to explain them in class.

The articles we read in class were:

Article 11
1. Every person accused of crime has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

2. No person shall be convicted for acts or omissions which when committed were not criminal under national or international law. Nor shall a heavier penalty heavier than that applicable at the time of committing the crime.

Article 14
one. In case of persecution, everyone has the right to seek asylum, and to enjoy in other countries.

2. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from crimes crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 29
1. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality.

2. In the exercise of their rights and enjoy their freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and general welfare in a democratic society.

3. These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

The concepts were:

- Solidarity: entire community of interests and responsibilities. It is characterized by empathy, as this is the first highlight.

- Charity: theological virtue that is to love God above all things, and as we prĂ³gimo themselves. Its opposite is envy. Can also be understood as the giving of alms.
