January 9, 2008 we have worked on the topic of Leadership.
Here the definition of "leader", which provided us in the realization of this dynamic.
What is the leader?
person who is capable of positively influencing the other and can get others to do the things he wants on a voluntary basis without running the power and authority.
To be a good leader needs charisma, intelligence, persuasiveness, sensitivity, integrity, courage, fairness, be innovative, sympathy, brain, and especially a lot of heart.
Therefore, in order to lead a group of people and follow their own volition, motivating, encouraging and thus achieve the desired goals, and everyone is satisfied and has a sense of profit and no loss.

Along with the role of prestige that is associated with inspiring leaders , a more superficial of the word "leadership" can designate innovation agencies, those that for a period of time taking the lead in an area such as a corporation or product that takes the first position in a market .
